  • Winning projects on multiple freelancing platforms (UPWORK is a MUST)
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy
  • Email Marketing
  • Client retention & up-selling
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, and meet with stakeholders at all levels within these accounts
  • Understanding client's requirements
  • Maintain good relationships with clients
  • Determine and outline business processes, and strategize for improvements
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write compelling BUSINESS PROPOSALS
  • Expertise in online bidding on Upwork, Fiver, and other freelancing platforms
  • Experience interacting with international clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
