Job Title: Client Services Representative

Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

Timings: Weekly Rotational Shifts (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) 5 Days a week.

About the Role:

We are seeking a confident, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication between clients, engineers, and internal departments. Responsibilities include managing multiple conversations, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a calm, solution-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and support teams for timely task execution and issue resolution.
  2. Respond to queries via calls, messages, and emails professionally and efficiently.
  3. Support service requests related to property, maintenance, or logistics.
  4. Maintain real-time communication with field and back-office teams.
  5. Own daily tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring responsibilities are completed.
