Overview

We are looking for HR/Admin with great communication skills, to join our team and support our Management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization with positive working environment & update office policies as needed.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure the security & Manage police staff / guards.
  • Manage office supplies stock and production.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and vendors & collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
  • Maintain and update procurement records in Excel and Word.
  • Maintaining business relationships with new and existing suppliers.
  • Supporting the director in all relevant activities.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative /HR & Procurement officer or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tenacious and persistent in overcoming challenges.
