1 Amazon Account Manager (PPC Specialist)

To drive performance and ROI on Amazon, candidates should bring:

Advanced PPC Campaign Management
Experience with Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads

Keyword Research & Optimization
Ability to identify high-converting keywords and structure campaigns accordingly

Data Analysis & Reporting
Proficiency in analyzing ACoS, CTR, CVR, and making data-driven decisions

Bid & Budget Strategy
Skilled in adjusting bids and managing budgets to maximize ROI

Competitor & Market Analysis
Ability to monitor trends and adapt strategies

Amazon Advertising Console & Tools
Familiarity with Helium 10, DataDive, or similar tools

Copywriting for Ads
Crafting compelling ad copy that converts

A/B Testing
Running experiments to optimize performance

Strong Communication
Clear reporting and collaboration with internal teams

2 Social Media & Graphic Designer

To elevate brand presence and engagement, ideal candidates should have:

Creative Design Skills
Strong portfolio showcasing original, engaging content

Proficiency in Adobe Suite
Especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Platform-Specific Design Knowledge
Understanding of content formats and trends across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

Branding Consistency
Ability to maintain and evolve brand identity across visuals

Motion Graphics (Bonus)
Experience with short-form video or animation is a plus

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
