Clearcut Outsourcing is a well-established accountancy firm offering a range of financial and business services. As part of our expansion, we are seeking dynamic and highly motivated Outbound Sales Agents to join our growing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through outbound calling and prospecting techniques.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring all interactions are logged and follow-ups are executed in a timely manner.
- Service Recommendations: Based on client needs, recommend relevant services and solutions that align with their requirements.
- Close Deals: Effectively pitch services and close meetings with decision-makers.
- Cold Calling: Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, aiming to secure meetings and opportunities for the business.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone manner.
- A Master's in English or an MBA is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus.
