About the Role:

BrightCode Digital Tech is on the hunt for a results-driven Sales Outbound Specialist to join our high-performance sales team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in cold calling and a strong understanding of digital services like SEO, PPC, and web & app development.

Perform outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets (primarily the US, UK, and Canada).

Effectively pitch and sell our services including:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Pay-Per-Click (PPC)

Social Media Marketing

Identify pain points and offer tailored digital solutions.

Maintain CRM records of all communication and follow-ups.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

6 months to 2 years of outbound sales or telesales experience (international clients preferred).

Proven experience in cold calling for digital marketing and IT services is a must.

Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, web design/development, and app development services.

Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required).

Target-oriented, self-driven, and persistent.
