Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals, drive customer engagement, and boost revenue.

Design and implement advanced marketing strategies leveraging customer segmentation, personalization, and automation to deliver tailored messaging and increase conversion rates.

Oversee the full lifecycle of email and SMS campaigns—from initial concept and creative design to audience targeting, rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and post-campaign analysis—ensuring each initiative meets quality and performance standards.

Analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue impact, etc.) to assess campaign effectiveness, generate actionable insights, and produce comprehensive reports.

Implement continuous improvement strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to refine campaign elements and optimize deliverability, engagement, and overall ROI.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams—such as social media, content, and digital advertising—to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign execution.

Stay abreast of evolving email and SMS marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, incorporating new tactics and compliance measures to maintain competitive advantage and drive innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven 5-plus years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

Expertise in using Klaviyo for campaign creation, automation, and analytics.

Strong understanding of the US market, including B2B and B2C customer behavior and preferences.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messages.

Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to optimize campaigns.

Familiarity with Email and SMS marketing design and development best practices, including HTML and CSS.

Knowledge of email and SMS marketing regulations.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
