Job Description:

We are a local IT Outsourcing company based in Islamabad, which is offering IT services for international customers.

We are looking for a talented Sales / Business Development Manager to help grow our IT outsourcing company.

The Salesperson will acquire new clients and promote our services by delivering sales pitches through various channels, negotiating contracts, and fostering strong client relationships. Additionally, they will offer ongoing support to existing clients to ensure satisfaction.

You will also be required at some point to visit clients abroad and travel.

Please do not bother applying if you have no background in technology or have not worked at an agency previously.

Job Specification:

  3. Expected to work at different timezones, as we are targeting international clients
  4. Determined to learn and expand their knowledge of new technologies
  5. Some knowledge of the latest trends in technology
  6. Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
  7. Generating new business and revenue
  8. Quality lead generation
  9. Funny and easy to get along with
  10. Proficiency in technology know-how
  11. Effective communication and negotiation abilities
  12. Capacity to work independently and remotely
  13. Self-motivation and achievement orientation
  14. Outstanding interpersonal skills
  15. Previous experience in the technology agency sector is a must
  16. Great at relationship-building
  17. Not camera or social media shy
