- Develop and execute regional growth strategies tailored to the UK (London, Manchester, Birmingham, etc.) and UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi).
- Identify and approach potential clients in verticals such as legal, finance, healthcare, and professional services.
- Develop and maintain the social media presence for the firm
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound and inbound methods.
- Create strategic alliances with complementary businesses (e.g., telcos, software vendors, office equipment suppliers).
- Own and manage the LinkedIn outreach program: build connections, initiate conversations, and run direct messaging campaigns with prospects.
- Regularly post thought leadership content and case studies to build brand authority.
- Collaborate with marketing to run LinkedIn Ads and InMail campaigns targeted by region, role, and industry.
- Monitor and report on LinkedIn analytics to measure performance and iterate accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal/external SEO teams to improve organic rankings for MSP-relevant keywords (e.g., "IT support London," "cybersecurity UAE," "cloud services for financial companies").
- Ensure all website content is optimized for search intent and local keywords.
- Work with marketing to develop landing pages tailored to specific locations (e.g., "Managed IT Services in Manchester").
- Analyze Google Analytics and Search Console data to inform strategy and ROI.
- Develop pitch decks, proposals, and sales collateral aligned to client pain points.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to manage pipeline, track activities, and forecast sales.
Report weekly on KPIs including meetings booked, proposals sent, and deals closed.
Job Specification:- 3+ years in a business development or sales role within an MSP, IT services, or B2B tech environment.
- Proven success in generating leads and closing deals via LinkedIn and SEO-enhanced channels.
- Experience targeting multiple geographies and tailoring messaging accordingly.
- Strong understanding of the MSP ecosystem, including IT support, cloud solutions, VoIP, cybersecurity, and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Analytics/Search Console.
