We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Cold Caller who can connect with business owners, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls and approach potential clients
  • Conduct online meetings and presentations with clients.
  • Understand client needs and prepare proposals.
  • Manage client acquisition and onboarding processes smoothly.
  • Work with the team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly on progress and sales activities.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of the marketing agency's business and its services, including:
  • Digital Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Marketing Strategy & Branding Strategy
  • Graphic Design & Web Development
  • Social Media Management, Marketing, and Growth
  • Content Marketing & Creative Production
  • Good knowledge of sales processes, client acquisition, and onboarding.
  • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet monthly targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

Compensation:

We provide one of the most rewarding commission structures in the market:

Option 1 (High Commission): 30% commission per closed deal. (average earning: PKR 30,000 per deal).

Option 2 (Basic + Commission): PKR 10,000 basic salary + 12–20% commission.
