Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Calling Sales Representative based in Lahore. The Cold Calling Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting and promoting products and services, addressing any customer queries, and setting up meetings and appointments for further discussions. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining records of calls and customer responses, and achieving set sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in cold calling and telesales
  • Ability to handle customer objections and close sales
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is an advantage
