We're seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our expanding team and help us scale by building long-term client relationships through strategic cold calling.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the UK and US markets.
- Initiate contact, schedule meetings, and present tailored business proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized marketing solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
- Respond promptly to client queries and close deals efficiently.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Matric / Intermediate / O-Level.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, professional, and motivated.
- Proven success in full sales cycle, including closing deals.
- Strong negotiation, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Experience in outbound sales or cold calling preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.

Working Hours
- UK Campaign Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
