We're seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our expanding team and help us scale by building long-term client relationships through strategic cold calling.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the UK and US markets.
  • Initiate contact, schedule meetings, and present tailored business proposals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized marketing solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and close deals efficiently.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Matric / Intermediate / O-Level.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, professional, and motivated.
  • Proven success in full sales cycle, including closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Experience in outbound sales or cold calling preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.

  • UK Campaign Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
