We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our efforts on various freelancing platforms, including Upwork, LinkedIn, and Freelancer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capturing and selling services, leading the bidding process, and managing the entire sales cycle. This role requires excellent communication skills, CRM management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with management to market our services and products, ensuring a 'wow' customer experience.

Requirements
  1. Capture and sell services on LinkedIn, Freelancer, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms.
  2. Effectively reach and engage target audiences to generate leads.
  3. Lead the bidding process on freelancing platforms.
  4. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  5. Take calls and close leads with potential clients.
  6. Form and lead a bidding team to optimize sales efforts.
  7. Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure a steady flow of business.
  8. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  9. Proficient in using Zoho CRM for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
  10. Familiarity with finance and workplace solutions to streamline operations.
  11. Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing strategies for services and products.
  12. Ensure exceptional customer experience by delivering high-quality services and maintaining strong client relationships.
