About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer with hands-on experience in mobile cranes and concrete machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy equipment, ensuring maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mobile cranes and concrete machinery.
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions on-site or at workshops.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and performance checks of equipment.
  • Prepare service reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support customers with technical guidance and training when required.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in servicing mobile cranes and/or concrete pumps.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Willingness to travel within Pakistan for service support.
  • Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
