ZOOMLION
is seeking for
SERVICE ENGINEER for Tower Crane Product Line.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for;

  1. Maintenance and Repairs:

  2. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on tower cranes.

  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.

  4. Replace or repair faulty components.

  5. Technical Support:

  6. Provide on-site technical assistance to customers.

  7. Offer phone and email support for technical queries.

  8. Collaborate with customers to resolve issues promptly.

  9. Safety and Quality:

  10. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

  11. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.

  12. Maintain high-quality standards for work performed.

  13. Documentation and Reporting:

  14. Complete and submit service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation.

  15. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used.

  16. Customer Service:

  17. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  18. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

  19. Team Collaboration:

  20. Work closely with other service engineers, technicians, and support staff.

  21. Share knowledge and expertise to improve team performance.

  22. Commissioning and Testing:

  23. Conduct commissioning and testing of new tower cranes.

  24. Ensure that all safety features and functions are operational.

  25. Training and Development:

  26. Provide training and guidance to customers, operators, and maintenance personnel.

  27. Stay up-to-date with new technologies, products, and industry developments.

  28. Inventory Management:

  29. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.

-Please make sure that all necessary materials are available for maintenance and repairs.

  1. Travel and On-Call:

  2. Travel to customer sites, construction sites, or other locations as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Under 40 years old, full-time bachelor degree or above, mechanical or related major preferred.

Responsible - can bear the pressure of the work, accept posting overseas, and subject to organizational arrangement.

Good English communication skills.

Must not be afraid of heights.
