Our comprehensive 2-year Supply Chain Management Trainee Program gives you hands-on experience and knowledge essential to begin a successful career in Finance & Accounting at The Coca-Cola Company.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily planning activity to resolve the imbalance of supply & demand. The key objective of this role is to create monthly/weekly achievable production plans based on available capacity and in line with agreed S&OP volume, ensuring uninterrupted supply of concentrates and beverage base to customers. Delegate for Planning Manager when required. Perform as a power user of Production Planning Module.

Operational Planning

• Produce, own and present achievable S&OP to Pakistan CPS Leadership team
• Prepare the monthly production plan in agreement with area Managers to meet Customer needs and inventory requirements
• Evaluate capacity to identify potential bottlenecks and take necessary action

Master Schedule Plan

• Monitor the execution of the Production Plan daily with area Managers/Finite Schedulers and communicate any changes that will impact other functions.
• Prepare reporting for CPS Pakistan LT on weekly production progress.
• Liaise with Vendor Schedulers, Finite Schedulers, QA, Production areas and Customer Services as appropriate.
• Support weekly schedule to ensure short-term manufacturing needs are agreed and monitored on a weekly basis in formal MPS meetings. Capacity plan is considered.
• Prepare capacity planning processes to ensure demonstrated capacity and regularly review critical work centres.
• Review capacity & productivity factors regularly. Update processes and systems to reflect current state.

Process Optimization & Governance

• Create and maintain SOPs for relevant business areas.
• Own full complement of MRP II / SCE metrics for Pakistan site. Prepare and support Audit and local reporting.
• Create and maintain records to effectively track key business indicators in the areas of responsibility.
• Respond to customer complaints/concerns in a timely manner and ensure corrective actions are followed up and communicated.
• Improve operating efficiency, plant utilization and packaging rationalization by reducing material wastage and/or line inefficiency.
• Participate in development of productivity enhancements for operations and warehouse areas.

Inventory Planning

• Responsible for finished goods and corresponding ingredients inventory policy. Ensure long-term and short-term plans align with the policy.
• Monitor planning parameter settings for all items to ensure system requirements and constraints are current. Monitor analysis on parameter changes and ensure high accuracy in material routing.

Warehousing & Logistics

• Drive inventory counting accuracy and assist team in counts as required by process.
• Manage and plan inbounds & outbounds in line with capacity optimization.
• Help drive best-in-class GMP in warehousing operations.
• Ensure storage conditions meet standards and support P&L manager with operational improvements.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, Supply Chain, or related field from a reputable university
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Experience

• Previous experience / internship or other practical experience in an FMCG industry preferred.
• Leadership experience in an extracurricular activity or organization

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 7.5%. Annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role, falling in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
