Job Description:

As an eBay Expert, you will be responsible for managing our eBay store and optimizing our product listings to maximize visibility and sales. Your in-depth knowledge of eBay's algorithms and trends will be essential in crafting strategies that attract and engage customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on eBay, ensuring they are fully optimized for search and conversion.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies within the eBay marketplace.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor eBay shop performance, utilizing analytics tools to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews, providing excellent customer service to foster brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that promote our eBay products.
  • Stay updated on eBay's policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing eBay stores, with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Have knowledge of managing social media accounts to bring external traffic on eBay shops.
  • Strong understanding of eBay's algorithms, trends, and best practices for product listing optimization.
  • Experience with e-commerce analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
