Real Estate Manager, who will be responsible for selling property units, closing visiting clients from marketing and personal reference, understanding client requirements and giving demonstrations while ensuring that deals are closed. While communicating effectively with customers, you will act as the face of the company. Acting as the company's representative, you'll ensure clients experience a smooth and positive journey experience at SkyLine Lahore City.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and assess client requirements.
- Provide clients with detailed information on available property units.
- Conduct property demonstrations, facilitate site visits, and ensure timely deal closures.
- Follow up with clients to address any changes in requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
- Sales-driven with a strong commitment to customer service and alignment with core company values.
- 3 years of sales experience at a housing society office
- Excellent communication and CLOSING skills.
