Key Responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management in Private/Public Sector & Infrastructure Solutions

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities, regulatory authorities, and infrastructure development organizations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and Private/Public sector clients ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion within existing key accounts related to transportation, smart city projects, tolling systems, and IoT-based infrastructure.
  • Lead contract negotiations, service agreements, and proposal discussions in alignment with government regulations and procurement frameworks.

2. Technical Presales & Solution Consultancy

  • Provide technical expertise and presales support for Electronic Toll Collection Systems, Long-Haul Fiber Connectivity, IoT Solutions, and Safe City Projects.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and feasibility assessments for clients.
  • Work with internal engineering and R&D teams to develop customized proposals for intelligent transportation systems, data center consultancy, and ELV solutions.
  • Assist in preparing responses for government RFPs, tenders, and technical evaluation processes.

3. Sales & Business Development Support in IT Infrastructure & Smart Systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business growth strategies for Electronic Tolling, Weigh Station Management, On-Grid Solar Systems, and Human Resource Management Systems.
  • Identify opportunities for IoT-based innovations, automation solutions, and technical operations (O&M) in Private/Public sector projects.
  • Drive customer engagement by conducting workshops, technical presentations, and solution awareness sessions for Private/Public sector stakeholders.

4. Technical Training & Implementation Support

  • Provide guidance to government clients and their technical teams on the deployment of smart city infrastructure, green power solutions, and long-haul fiber networks.
  • Work closely with LESCO, NTDC, and other utility providers for power and infrastructure-related projects.
  • Support project teams in post-sales implementation and ensure smooth technical onboarding for clients.

5. Reporting & Compliance for Government Contracts

  • Maintain accurate records of project milestones, client requirements, and sales performance on platforms like clickup.
  • Ensure compliance with government policies, industry regulations, and technical standards for infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and future business opportunities in IT consultancy, fiber optics, and data center services.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in key account management, technical presales, or IT solution consulting.
  • Prior experience working with Private/Public sector clients, transportation authorities, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Intelligent Transportation Systems, IoT, Smart Cities, and Data Center Consultancy.
  • Experience in toll collection systems, weigh station management (WIM), and ELV system integration.
  • Familiarity with government RFPs, tender processes, and Private/Public procurement frameworks.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially for engaging with Private/Public sector entities.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities to provide tailored IT and infrastructure solutions.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills to drive business opportunities and project approvals.
  • Proactive and self-driven approach to managing government projects and key accounts.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Technical certifications (e.g., Cisco, VMware, Smart City Technologies).
  • Sales or Government Procurement Certifications (e.g., Solution Selling, Key Account Management).

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work model with frequent client site visits.
  • Travel required for project coordination and stakeholder meetings.
