About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth through effective pre-sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead key accounts to enhance pre-sales and sales activities
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, building strong relationships to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with Business Development Personnel to identify new opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and contracts that meet customer needs
  • Maintain open communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the pre-sales process and ability to effectively manage technical presales environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build constructive working relationships both internally and externally
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
