Key Responsibilities
  • Define product goals, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Work closely with designers to think through and refine product features before development.
  • Act as a bridge between designers and the technical lead to ensure product feasibility and smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with clients via email for updates, requirements, and feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with the operations and development team to ensure alignment.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks that could delay product development.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and ensure transparency.
Requirements
  • Experience in product management or project coordination
  • Must have 4-5 years of software development background.
  • Strong product thinking ability able to conceptualize and refine features with designers before development.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers and technical teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
