As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to lead our people strategy across all branches, our production facility, and the online/ecommerce team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement for the entire organization – including retail outlets, factory staff, and digital teams.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance work culture across diverse teams and locations.
  • Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievances with professionalism and empathy.
  • Oversee performance management, staff training, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and HR reporting across all departments.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or fashion-related environments.
  • Strong command over HR operations, people management, and labor compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Emotionally intelligent, approachable, and able to navigate complex team dynamics.
  • Comfortable managing diverse employee needs – from frontline retail staff to backend production and digital teams.
