ChaseIT Global is venturing into the recruitment sector, providing top-tier RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services to international clients. We assist recruitment agencies in the US & UK in scaling their operations through offshore staffing solutions. As we expand, we are on the lookout for a talented Sales Development Manager to attract new clients, foster strong relationships, and significantly boost our revenue
Your Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
- Outbound Sales Efforts – Make 80-100 calls daily to recruitment agency owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers, introducing them to our RPO offerings.
- Lead Generation – Schedule 10-15 meetings weekly with potential clients and ensure a high attendance rate through effective follow-ups.
- Sales Presentations – Conduct engaging Zoom/Teams meetings to demonstrate how our RPO solutions can enhance efficiency and reduce costs for recruitment agencies. Craft persuasive outreach messages to engage C-level executives, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Pipeline Oversight – Monitor leads, follow-ups, and deal progress using our CRM/ATS.
- Closing Sales – Negotiate contracts, onboard new clients, and ensure seamless transitions to our operations team.
- Market Insights – Stay informed about RPO industry trends and competitor strategies to refine our sales tactics.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and operations to enhance our service offerings and client satisfaction.

What We're Seeking:
- Sales Experience (2-3 years minimum) – Ideally in recruitment, RPO, BPO, or staffing services.
- Proactive Sales Attitude – You enjoy cold calling, pursuing leads, and converting prospects into loyal clients.
- Strong Communication Skills – Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-Oriented Mindset – You excel under KPIs and love achieving sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM/ATS, and email automation for outreach.
- Self-Driven & Disciplined – We value independence and expect results without micromanagement
