The Team:
This Team is responsible for providing financial data of public and private covered companies from different domains (Banks, Thrifts, Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Energy, Real Estate & Metals & Mining). The Team supports the integrity and comprehensiveness of the data set by utilizing internal & external sources such as government & regulatory documents, stock exchanges, industry journals, analyst reports as well as information databases and our internal research tools to collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant information. You will gain exposure to different reports of covered Industries, while having frequent interaction with global analysts to learn the industry dynamics and create a symbiotic work culture.
The Impact:
This role will involve working with the team and the manager on a variety of initiatives related to the process, people, and projects within the team. This is an opportunity to lead the team consisting of 15+ to associates and contribute towards achieving the goals of team. It also includes an opportunity towards understanding business objectives, recommending & implementing solutions to business problems. It gives you opportunities to ideate and implement projects to achieve higher accuracy of dataset and faster completion of processes. Accountability would be towards understanding and owning the business objectives; being a role model for people and peer group; communicating with passion and enthusiasm, embracing change as a way of working; and leading by example when communicating new initiatives.

- Lead a team of 15+ Data Analysts.
- Manage a team in the process of data extraction of information from various sources, tools, and documents.
- Take end-to-end accountability for team deliverables, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and compliance with defined processes.
- Ensure team members are compliant when conducting data/information collection through thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies, and research tools.
- Work on workflow analysis, management, monitoring, and resource allocation as daily operational activity. Manage the performance of team members and conduct reviews. Conduct intensive training for the team, Plan resource requirements and develop back-up and succession plans.
- Creatingan environment of consistent improvement, motivating the team to perform at a higher efficiency and foster a culture and initiatives that focus on team building and unity.
- Contribute to auditing team members completed tasks on a quarterly basis to enhance and maintain the data quality of direct reports.
- Conduct and present key analysis and recommendation around key performance indicators/SLAs.
- Set clear expectations for the team and ensure individual accountability. Manages the performance review process, talent development and talent management processes of the team.
- Lead and motivate the team to align with business objectives while championing continuous upskilling and professional development.
- Track performance metrics regularly and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Present and execute ideas for improving overall departmental processes, procedures, and tools. Continuously implement and innovate techniques to maximize productivity.
- Work closely with quality and center of excellence team in driving critical audits in driving batter client deliverables.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders as necessary and works on new projects and data enhancement initiatives as assigned.
- Ensure clear and seamless communication across levels and teams.
- Must acquire subject matter expertise within first 3 months
- Good problem resolution skills through effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong teambuilding and people development skills with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
- Ability to give and accept feedback constructively and provide coaching to the team.
- People management skills, ability to build and motivate a team.

- Experienced in Client Management / Stakeholder Management.
- Self-motivated individual with proven ability to multi-task and balance various aspect of work while delivering highest quality result.
- Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines and result oriented.
- Ability to adapt to change and drive change within the team.
- Having good familiarity of Gen AI and technology tools.
- Good knowledge of Data/Content Management operations and knowledge of Fundamentals processes would be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree (Finance Specialization) or equivalent experience required
- Prior experience of 2+ years in people management/leadership role. (External Candidates)
- Good knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint and computer literacy is a must
- Basic understanding on lean principles, Quality Management System (QMS), Python, Tableau, Six Sigma certification, and SQL would be an added advantage.
