Job Description:
•Oversee daily HR and administrative operations of the company
•Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
•Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
•Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personal files
•Coordinate the performance appraisal system and development plans
•Support employee engagement, training, and capacity-building initiatives
•Address and resolve employee grievances in line with labor laws and company policy
•Supervise office administration, facility management, and procurement support
•Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audits, and certifications
•Liaise with external service providers, consultants, and labor law authorities
•Assist senior leadership in HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning
Qualification: Education: BBA or MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration. Experience in the construction, consultancy, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
