Job Description

Join us on our journey as we aim to connect with 25% of Pakistan's population, delivering more than just meals, uplifting lives, and driving positive transformation throughout the nation. Come onboard as a Rider Engagement Manager and play your part in the "Logistics" domain.

On this journey, you will report to Lead Rider Engagement & Communications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full rider lifecycle, from acquisition to reactivation.
  • Define the strategy, create activation campaigns, do deep dive analysis, create content, and invent innovative bonuses.
  • Responsible for the acquisition strategy, to improve conversion over our onboarding funnels with the aim of maximizing applicant conversion.
  • Build partnerships and collaborations that support rider well-being and enhance the overall rider experience.
  • Oversee the lifecycle strategy; set-up and execute campaigns that improve the rider lifecycle (e.g., improving performance, minimizing churn, reactivating lapsed riders).
  • Project Management - take ownership of high-leverage projects and drive them forward to completion using team members to help in execution.
  • Responsible for Campaign Management; set-up and execute activation campaigns that boost rider performance, inventing innovative bonuses, and evaluating the outcome of your campaigns.
  • Conduct engagement surveys and align with operations on actions to improve Riders experience.
  • Work continuously to enhance the process of enrolment, onboarding and payment in alignment with other Logistics sub-functions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of work experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to work independently and reliable
  • Proactive and could lead independent projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
  • Process-oriented and data-driven
  • Well versed with G-Suite
