*Role Overview*
The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused delivery operations across Domino's Pizza outlets. This role will oversee rider performance, delivery KPIs, and process improvements to guarantee fast, accurate, and high-quality service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Supervise daily delivery operations across multiple stores.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs (speed, accuracy, customer feedback, rider productivity).
  • Recruit, train, and manage delivery riders ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Implement safety protocols, route optimization, and cost efficiency measures.
  • Resolve customer escalations related to delivery service.
  • Coordinate with Store Managers and Operations team to meet overall business targets.
  • Support digital delivery platforms (apps, aggregators) to enhance customer experience.

*Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, or related field).
  • 3–5 years of experience in delivery/last-mile operations (QSR or e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of delivery route planning, KPIs, and safety practices.
  • Good communication skills

Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
