Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for night shift roles
  • Maintain employee records and ensure policy compliance
  • Address employee queries and concerns professionally
  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and HR operations
  • Support management in improving employee engagement and retention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the call center/BPO industry (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently during night hours
