Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in managing core HR functions and daily administrative tasks, contributing to a positive work environment and supporting overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly.
  • Assist in implementing performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Address employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and coordinate with payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and adherence to HR best practices.

Administration:

  • Supervise daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain office inventory and liaise with vendors for supplies and services.
  • Organize travel arrangements, logistics, and company events.
  • Keep administrative documents and records updated and well-organized.
  • Support management in the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality is essential.
  • Must bring their own laptop to the office on a daily basis.

Compensation & Schedule:

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
