About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive/Manager who can wear multiple hats — from designing visual assets and editing media to executing high-impact performance marketing campaigns.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who's both analytical and creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

  • Design visually engaging marketing materials (social media posts, brochures, ads, decks, etc.)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
  • Edit videos/reels for social platforms and campaigns
  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, conversions, and reach
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and analyze performance data
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns (email, social, influencer, paid)
  • Develop and implement monthly marketing calendars
  • Handle website updates, landing page creation, and A/B testing
  • Contribute to brand strategy, messaging, and positioning
  • Stay updated with trends in design, tech, and performance marketing
  • Propose creative ideas for lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, design, or related areas
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms and CMS tools (Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
