Job Summary:

We are seeking a Detail-Oriented and Experienced Construction Project Estimator to join our Karachi office. In this role, you will be responsible for construction estimates, competitive quotations and bids, and supporting effective planning and execution for US-based commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of US construction standards, and the ability to collaborate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and documentation to prepare cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, markups, cost summaries, and bid proposals.
  • Obtain and evaluate vendors and subcontractors.
  • Understand project requirements and provide value engineering recommendations.
  • Assist in bid preparation and timely submission.
  • Maintain and update cost databases, unit prices, and historical data.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, post-bid reviews, and cost analysis to improve estimating processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a construction estimator for the US market.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, pricing, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in AI Estimating Software(s).
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.

Location: Bahria Town Karachi (Onsite Office)
