Position Overview

Salary: Up to PKR 150,000/month

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in Medical Billing Sales? Join our growing team and help us expand our client base across the U.S. healthcare sector.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Billing Sales Representative to drive outbound lead generation, build relationships with healthcare providers, and contribute to our sales growth.

Note: Applicants without experience in Medical Billing Sales will not be considered for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers at clinics, hospitals, and medical practices
  • Clearly present our medical billing services and value propositions
  • Schedule demos and meetings for the senior sales team
  • Update and maintain records in CRM with accuracy
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to lead generation and conversion
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Medical Billing Sales
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during night shift hours
  • Goal-oriented with a high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in high-volume cold calling roles

This is a specialized position. Only candidates with prior experience in Medical Billing Sales will be shortlisted.
