
Business Development Executive

Experience: 1-2 years in real estate sales (preferably high-rise buildings). We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage dealer accounts, reconcile ledgers, and ensure effective credit control. The listing also references roles in QA / QC compliance, HR, FP&A, Digital Marketing, and Sales & Marketing.
We are seeking individuals to engage with top-level executives, manage sensitive relationships, and represent the company in various capacities across real estate and related functional areas.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell real estate properties, primarily high-rise buildings; develop and maintain a database of clients; conduct market research to identify potential opportunities; achieve sales targets set by management.
- Manage dealer accounts, reconcile ledgers, and ensure effective credit control.
- Engage with top-level executives, manage sensitive relationships, and represent the company professionally.
- Support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration; assist HR executives as needed.
- Data extraction, report generation, and assisting in forecasting and budgeting processes (FP&A related).
- Support marketing initiatives: develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns; promote products or services; generate leads and boost brand visibility.
- Lead generation and customer outreach to promote and sell products or services; develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
- Experience: 1-2 years in real estate sales (preferably high-rise buildings).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships; target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
- Qualification: B.Com/BS (Accounting & Finance or Taxation) from a renowned institute; ability to learn, manage assigned tasks independently.
- Ability to engage with executives and manage sensitive relationships; confident communicator able to represent the company at the top levels.
- Willingness to support roles across HR, FP&A, QA/QC, and digital marketing as part of a broader team.
