The primary objectives of Uplift Pakistan are to:

Participants will benefit from a comprehensive curriculum that includes:

• Finance and Taxation: Understanding fundamental principles and practical applications.
• Odoo ERP: Gaining in-depth knowledge of one of the most widely used ERP systems in the industry.
• Advanced Excel: Mastering data analysis and financial modeling techniques.
• Power Query: Data Transformation
• Design Skills: Learning to create visually appealing designs using Canva.
• Website Development: Building websites with the Odoo Websites app, enhancing digital literacy.

Program Structure

The program spans three months and consists of:

• Remote Learning: Participants will complete assigned tasks and projects remotely, allowing flexibility while maintaining focus on learning outcomes.
• Fortnightly Online Meetings: Interactive sessions where mentees can discuss progress, ask questions, and receive feedback.
• Monthly In-Person Catch Ups: Networking opportunities and discussions in Lahore to build camaraderie among participants.

The success of Uplift Pakistan will be measured by the number of graduates who secure meaningful job placements after completing the program. A database will be maintained to track participants' progress and job placements, ensuring accountability and a focus on results.

Uplift Pakistan is primarily aimed at fresh graduates from Pakistan with backgrounds in accounting, finance, business, or relevant professional certifications such as ACCA or ICMA. We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and have engaged in extracurricular activities.
