Job Description: Packaging Sales Expert (UK/USA Shift)

Company: Rare Traders

Role: Full-time onsite (UK/USA shift).

Salary: Rs50,000 - Rs60,000 per month plus bonuses and commissions.

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore.

Overview: Rare Traders is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the packaging industry to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and develop new business opportunities. The role requires professional communication via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the packaging sector.
  • Manage and expand existing client accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship-building.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely, accurate, professional communication.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product information tailored to client needs.
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of packaging products, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Accurately update and manage CRM records, reports, and client databases.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the packaging industry (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience: Sales in packaging/printing: 2 years (required). Customer service: 2 years (preferred).
