Seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to deliver exceptional customer service and promote Hajj and Umrah packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales and Customer Service:

• Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah packages to prospective clients.

• Provide detailed information about package inclusions, pricing, and travel arrangements.

• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable packages based on their preferences and budget.

Timings: USA-based slot (PST 8:00pm to 5:00am)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in sales of travel packages or hospitality industry.

• Strong sales and customer service skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah regulations and procedures is a plus.
