Location: On-site – Faisalabad

Timing: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Flexible for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:

Identify and engage potential clients via freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer) and strategic email marketing.

  • Client Requirement Analysis:

Understand client goals and technical requirements to craft tailored solutions and proposals.

  • Client Engagement:

Nurture leads into long-term relationships through active, professional communication.

  • Freelance Platform Management:

Monitor accounts, scout high-potential projects, and submit persuasive proposals to win business.

  • Proposal Writing:

Create winning proposals aligned with client needs, resulting in higher conversion rates.

  • Team Collaboration:

Work closely with design, tech, and project teams to align business goals with deliverable outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–12 months of experience in business development in theIT or software servicesindustry.
  • Clear understanding of freelancing platforms likeUpwork, Freelancer, etc.
  • Confident communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and write compelling proposals.
  • Team player with a result-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's inBusiness, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g.,HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Knowledge ofLinkedIn outreach and lead generationtactics
  • Basic understanding of software development services (web, mobile, etc.)
