Company Description

CodeeTechs is a service-based software company that specializes in custom web development, mobile apps, and graphic design. We're your tech partners in building strong digital platforms — especially with a focus on Web Development, and practical solutions for clients worldwide.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to bring in client projects through smart outreach, strong communication, and convincing sales strategies. You'll be responsible for finding leads and turning them into clients. Whether you prefer emails, DMs, calls, in-person visits, or LinkedIn outreach — how you work is up to you. What matters is delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through various channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, visits, etc.)
  • Reach out and convince them to start projects with Codeetechs
  • Handle all early-stage communication until the project is confirmed
  • Collaborate with the internal team once the lead is closed
  • Meet monthly project acquisition targets (targets discussed in interview)

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong skills in lead generation and business development
  • Ability to confidently communicate and convince clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and written English skills
  • Can work independently and stay goal-focused
  • Experience on freelancing platforms is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of the software/web development industry
  • Based in Faisalabad (office access) — hybrid setup possible

Compensation:

  • Fixed base salary + commission
  • Commission structure and monthly target to be discussed during interview
