Job Type: Permanent

Job Purpose:

  • Establish, maintain and develop company's presence in the SME corporate sector to generate new business and retaining the existing SME corporate clients by providing exclusive customer service to gain customer satisfaction. To manage BDEs and looking after SME sales

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Seek new business ventures; Identifying competitive edge and developing customized solutions for SME Corporate Sector.
  • Bring revenue generating customers onboard. Generate more sales from the existing clients and ensuring the client retention by providing quality customer services.
  • Provide required documentation for Customer Waiver Evaluation as per approved C&C policy.
  • Selling and achieving set targets of Postpaid, Enterprise Solution and VAS.

New Business Development:

  • Meet monthly sales targets as approved by Management.
  • Explore and drive new growth venues through existing client base.
  • Timely identification of problems and duly managing customer service establishments that leads to new referrals and fresh activation.

Revenues:

  • Revenue assurance as per management assigned targets.
  • Take steps to enhance the existing clientage revenue as well as from prospective clients.

Customer Retention/ Churn:

  • To make a regular track of SME corporate activation / disconnections and the reason for the above.
  • Formulate ( strategies ) tactics for customer retention and prevention of churn to other competitors taking necessary action to resolve services, billing or any other issues while that may cause customer dissatisfaction

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, Masters Degree will be preferred

  • 3 to 5 yrs
