
Customer Support Specialist

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about helping customers and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.
- A positive, friendly, and patient attitude when dealing with customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a tech or SaaS environment is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
