Job Description

IT Sales Executive: Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting leads, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and fostering lasting client relationships. Utilize technical expertise to match IT solutions with client needs. Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective negotiation.

Requirements
  • Generating Leads: Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' IT requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's IT products and services to communicate their value propositions to potential clients effectively.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase how the company's IT solutions can address client needs and add value to their business.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software.
  • Forecasting Sales Trends: Predict future sales based on market analysis and historical data to optimize resource allocation and business planning.
  • Creating Sales Strategies: Develop comprehensive plans to target specific market segments and achieve sales objectives effectively.
  • Developing Client Proposals: Craft persuasive proposals outlining IT solutions tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges of potential clients.
  • Conducting Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of IT products and services through live demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Managing Sales Pipeline: Track and prioritize sales opportunities at various stages of the sales process to ensure a steady flow of potential deals.
  • Providing Post-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any post-sales concerns and providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
  • Attending Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Collaborating with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed predefined sales targets and quotas to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
