Job Summary:

Serve as a key partner in risk management, driving timely resolution of fraud escalations, maintaining data integrity, and delivering actionable insights to strengthen operational security and support ongoing fraud prevention efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Resolution: Drive the timely closure of daily business risk escalations, directly contributing to our operational security.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a key communication link, providing proactive updates to stakeholders and ensuring swift follow-ups to maintain seamless case progression.
  • Data Integrity & Insights: Meticulously manage case trackers to ensure data accuracy, and translate key findings into actionable insights on fraudulent patterns and emerging threats.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Foster strong communication with internal teams to gather crucial information and align on case requirements, ensuring a united front against risk.
  • Proactive Analysis: Synthesize information from resolved cases to identify and report on fraudulent trends, actively contributing to our long-term fraud prevention strategy.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in Fraud related activities
  • Understanding of fraud patterns in e-commerce sector /relevant business sector
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficient in Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in incentive design, performance tracking, and operational tool adoption.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Ability to work across markets and functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset.
