Job Description

Seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. Responsibilities include developing potential clients, building connections with prospective consumers, generating revenue through lead generation, prospect nurturing, and deal closing. We invite driven, results-oriented individuals with a passion for sales to apply.

Location: Full Time – On Site – Lahore, Punjab

Experience: Two or more years in a relevant capacity with a proven sales record.

Responsibilities:

  • Make appointments using proactive outreach prospecting techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify lead prospects.
  • Demonstrate effective persuasion and sales techniques.
  • Create and implement outreach plans to attract new clients.
  • Set up appointments with prospective clients and qualify leads.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate data of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Proven performance in sales or business development roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably, a US or UK accent.
  • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; familiarity with sales automation platforms.
  • One or more years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.

Note: Only onsite positions are available; remote work is not an option.
