This is a full-time hybrid role for a Maintenance Contract Sales Rep located in Lahore, with some work from home flexibility. The Maintenance Contract Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating with design and service teams, and providing ongoing support to clients. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage client needs and drive sales growth.
- Proven sales experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Technical knowledge in design, build, and service processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or engineering industry is a plus
