Responsibilities
  • Utilize AI to enhance customer interactions, providing personalized solutions and efficient issue resolution.
  • Promote product adoption via AI-driven recommendations and customized user experiences.
  • Use predictive analytics to refine customer success strategies, aiming to grow accounts and reduce churn.
What You Will Not Be Doing
  • Cold calling or pursuing new leads; the focus is on nurturing existing relationships.
  • Handling routine technical support, as AI manages basic inquiries.
  • Developing products; instead, you will influence product direction through customer insights.
Key Responsibilities

Spearhead customer retention and growth by employing AI to anticipate needs, deliver tailored experiences, and identify upselling opportunities, transforming customer success into a strategic asset.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success within the B2B software industry, demonstrating results in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard), showcasing ability to leverage AI in customer engagement.
Additional Details

This is a full-time, remote, long-term position, with compensation of $30/hour, totaling approximately $60,000/year based on 40 hours/week. The role requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
