What You Will Be Doing
- Leverage AI to orchestrate personalized customer journeys, transforming every interaction into a strategic touchpoint for growth and retention.
- Utilize machine learning algorithms to anticipate customer needs, enabling proactive solutions before issues arise.
- Implement AI-driven product engagement strategies, maximizing user adoption and unlocking upsell opportunities.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights, driving data-informed decisions that amplify customer success.
- Chase new leads or engage in traditional sales activities - your focus is on nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
- Get bogged down in routine technical support - our AI systems handle the basics, freeing you to focus on high-impact strategies.
- Develop product features - instead, you'll be the voice of the customer, influencing product direction through data-driven insights.
- Rely on gut feelings or outdated metrics - every decision you make will be backed by AI-powered analytics and predictive modeling.

Basic Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven customer success experience in B2B software, with a track record of driving retention and growth
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, demonstrating ability to leverage AI in practical business scenarios
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating AI-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptability and eagerness to continuously learn and apply emerging AI technologies in customer success

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
