What You Will Be Doing
  • Building new AI products and features by fine-tuning LLMs to create AI-powered modules that integrate into existing solutions or lay the groundwork for new offerings, such as www.eloquens.ai.
  • Automating internal processes using advanced AI techniques to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
What You Won't Be Doing
  • Performing routine coding tasks that don't leverage AI for innovation.
  • Maintaining legacy systems without AI enhancements.
  • Being confined to small-scale projects; instead, engaging in strategic initiatives with significant impact.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure faster product releases and higher customer satisfaction through continuous AI-driven improvements.

Basic Requirements
  • An AI-First mindset (preferably, not writing code first and then verifying with AI tools).
  • At least 1 year of professional experience implementing impactful initiatives as a software engineer.
  • Familiarity with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
  • Experience successfully implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable impact.
  • Experience leveraging different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems.
Nice-to-have Requirements

Experience with AI-driven project management tools and methodologies.

Working with us

This is a full-time, long-term position (40 hours/week). The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover at $30 USD/hour, totaling approximately $60,000 USD/year. Payments are weekly.
