Business Development Executive (Upsell & Frontsell)

Are you a people person who loves turning opportunities into results?

We are looking for two talented individuals to join our digital team:

  • Upsell Executive – Focus on nurturing existing client relationships and growing accounts.
  • Frontsell Executive – Focus on winning new clients and starting projects from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upsell or acquire clients for services like web & logo design, digital branding, and SEO
  • Handle client emails, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally and promptly
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM or tracking tools
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services
  • Support the team in proposal preparation, client calls, and project coordination
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Key Requirements (Must-Have):

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital/creative agency
  • Proven track record in upselling or acquiring clients
  • Experience dealing with clients from US, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional accent
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy

Bonus (Preferred):

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends (SEO, social media, web design)
  • Prior experience in handling client emails and communication professionally

Location & Type: Full-time | Remote & On-site | Must work in USA business hours
