Are you a closer who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments?

We're a growing social media agency that works with creators and small business owners, offering services like:

  • Graphic Design

  • Full Social Media Management

We're currently looking for 3 experienced Sales Professionals to join our team on-site and help us hit and exceed our monthly sales goals through cold DMs and cold emailing.

What You'll Do:
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (creators & small businesses)
  • Pitch our services with confidence and clarity
  • Convert leads into paying customers
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach → pitch → close
  • Strategize ways to improve response rates and client acquisition
What We Provide:

  • Content and portfolio support to help you sell
What You Must Bring:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales (especially via DMs/emails)
  • Past performance record showing how much USD/month you've closed
  • Deep understanding of creative services: social media, video editing, branding, etc.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working on-site (this is not a remote position)
  • Immediate availability preferred – we're hiring urgently
Location:
  • NCEHS Block-D, Block 10-A, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
