Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer calls, aiming to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Deliver effective sales pitches to onboard and convert potential customers, creating a positive first impression.
  • Reach out to potential customers and build a robust sales pipeline, utilizing strategic outreach and communication methods.
  • Follow up with customers to verify account details, address concerns, and ensure a strong customer relationship post-sale.
  • Utilize sales data and analytics to improve outreach effectiveness and maximize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales team and collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies with company goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills with proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating successful sales performance.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • A self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset and excellent follow-up skills.
